Meet Kate in DesignsxKate

An Oklahoma City native, I started this blog for a journalism class at Oklahoma State University, and boy has it evolved since then – including a few name changes and additions to the offerings and maybe a switch altogether. I definitely like to think my life is pretty ordinary, although my sisters friends think there should be a Kelly family reality show. So I share some of those crazy adventures here – when I remembers to, because let’s be honest, I have the best intentions of “blogging” and sharing updates but it never actually happens anymore.

I currently live just down the road from where I grew up —literally it’s 5 miles — with my sweet pup Sully. Most days you can find me in front of a computer doing all the social media manager things & over my iPad doing all the graphic design things. 99% of the time you can find me in Birkenstocks, Chacos and LOFT with a La Croix in hand.

DesignsxKate was born out of a desire to help my friends create the wedding invitations of their dreams.
